    German notgeld set is from the town of Erfurt.
    This
    COLORFUL
    version is in the Fauvism Art style made famous by Matisse.
    The set commemorates Martin Luther as Erfurt was where he studied, became a
    MONK
    and was later ordained!
    Wonderful eye-catching notes are printed on
    THICK
    paper and have no folds. The largest note measures about 3 inches by 3¹/2 inches.
