    Description

    This is an original dinner menu from Tuesday May 1, 1951 on board the Cunard R.M.S. Mauritania Cruise Liner.  There is a long list of offerings including Vegetable Cutlet (Yum!), Braised Ox tongue, Roast Lamb,  Roast Turkey, Minced Beefsteak (hamburger?) and hors d'oeuvre, sides and desserts.  The menu is 8 & 3/4" by 6 & 3/4" in excellent condition.
