c.1960 DING DONG PARFAIT Drive-In Ice Cream Window Decal Sign Vintage Goodstix

Description

This is a large original vintage c.1960 window advertising decal sign for DING DONG PARFAITS.  This decal is unused New Old Stock with the peel off backing on each end still attached.  The peel off backing on the ends indicates this is a Goodstix brand decal made by the Goodren Product Corp of Englewood, New Jersey.  The decal itself has a copyright by Guild Plastics of Cambridge, Massachusetts.  The decal measures about 17.5” x  10.5” and has graphics of of two young kids with plastic spoons and parfaits in different flavors with text that reads:
take home a delicious treat...DING DONG PARFAITS
The decal also has space to write the prices in and shows flavors Strawberry, Butterscotch, Chocolate and Pineapple.  This decal isn’t dated but came with other related material that was dated between 1959 and 1961 and looks to be from that same time period.   This decal came from the storage of a now defunct chain of small town drive-in restaurants.  This is vintage original unused new old stock produced around 60 years ago in very good condition with modest handling wear.
