This medal was award in 1893 at the 30th Anniversary of the battles of Gettysburg it was awarded to New york veterans of Gettysburg and state national guard members who acted as escorts at the dedication. This medal was produced by the US Mint. It is absolutely massive and this example is in near mint condition. Very desirable award not named or numbered.
