    The 13th Lottery was never held but its tickets might have been sold (per Harold Kroll).  The drawing was to be held on 24 and 25 April 1945.  At that time the Reich was in the agony of the Battle of Berlin with the Russians, and needless to say, holding the lottery drawing was not the foremost thing on the Nazi officials minds...
