If you pay with a e-check through paypal there will be a delay in shipping while the check clears. Paying with an e-check is not the same as a paypal instant payment.
Shipping
Shipping will be a flat rate. I ship in the United States only.  I always use USPS.  Once I ship the items I will upload the tracking number to your paypal account so you can track the item.
