See my other auctions for more early American military insignias-both dug and non-dug.  Very nice original stamped brass hat pin used by a member of the US Cavalry during the Civil War period.  Nice original condition-Still has the four attachment loops soldered to the back. Front has nice age patina, back is still pretty bright.  Measures approx. 3 1/4" wide.  Great display item! Glad to combine shipping if you win multiple auctions. Thanks for bidding!
