    I bought these at an estate auction in Maine over 40 years ago and used as part of my decorative blue and white kitchen display.  I cannot tell you much about them.  I would say they are porcelain, thin.  The design has an oriental motif ... maybe dragons and chrysanthemums which would possibly give them a Chinese origin.   No marking to help with identification.  I welcome your thoughts or just enjoy them as I did for years.
