Vintage Pacific Ceramic Parakeet Figure Japan 9" Tall

Vintage Pacific Ceramic Parakeet Figure Japan 9" Tall.  I bought this for my mother in 1964 or1965 from Woolworth's, so it's 56 or 57 years old.  She kept it on a shelf all these years.
The pictures came out a bit light, and it's hard to see the light iridiscence in the paint.  It has some tiny paint skips, the largest of which is on the tail (see picture).  This one made it look like it was chipped but it isn't.  No cracks.  There is what appears to be a small chip on the right inside tail, I can't really tell if it was there before it was painted, or if it happened after painting. The color inside the chip matches the paint.
