I am selling the Artist 12 for two reasons.
Firstly, even though XP-Pen devices are supposed to be compatible with Windows, the settings in my computer don’t want to recognize the Artist 12 as a connected device. However, this is a problem with the Windows 10 system on my computer, NOT the Artist 12.
I connected the Artist 12 to a different Windows computer and it worked just fine.
Secondly, my college doesn't use XP-Pen devices, so I have to switch over to Wacom anyway.
*Note that the Artist 12 is not a standalone device, and your computer must have HDMI and USB-A ports to work with the Artist 12.
